Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: Internship experience in Influencer Marketing preferred

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any field)

Salary: Up to ₹22,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Influencer Strategist who understands the basics of influencer marketing and is eager to build a career in the creator economy. You’ll work closely with the influencer marketing team on campaigns, creator research,



strategy, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers for brand campaigns
- Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies and campaign ideas
- Coordinate with influencers and manage campaign communication
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign reports
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure timely execution
- Monitor influencer content and campaign performance
- Support the team in developing new creator-led marketing ideas

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Prior internship experience in Influencer Marketing is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends
- Ability to research, analyse and identify the right creators
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
