We are looking for a Junior Associate Executive Search to join our growing team. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, talent research, headhunting, and supporting Executive Search assignments across industries.
Work Location - Kinfra techno industrial park Calicut.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct candidate, company, and talent-market research.
- Screen profiles and support preliminary candidate interviews.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines and databases.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite and ATS platforms.
- Support the Executive Search team across ongoing mandates.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, recruitment research, or Executive
Search.
- Recruitment/staffing agency experience is preferred.
- Hands-on sourcing/headhunting experience.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite or similar tools.
- Solid English communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a growing team.
Fresh graduates with strong communication, research skills, and genuine interest in recruitment may also be considered.
Note: This is not a general HR/HR Operations role. Candidates with primarily HR administration,
employee relations, payroll, or policy experience may not be suitable.
