Role Description The Junior Architect role is a full time, on-site position located in Indore.

The Junior

Architect will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed plans and 3D models for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with design iterations, coordinating with senior architects, preparing presentation materials, and participating in client and consultant meetings as needed. The role involves reviewing site conditions, supporting basic project documentation,



and collaborating with project managers to help ensure that deliverables are accurate and timely.

The Junior

Architect is expected to contribute to a positive team culture, maintain organized project files, and follow established design and documentation standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and preparation of drawings and plans.
- Basic familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools or digital workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM, visualization software).
- Ability to support Project Management activities such as coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and assisting with documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and common office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong visual, technical, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks under guidance.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations, and willingness to learn studio standards and best practices.
