Hiring: Junior Associate – Construction Accounting & Internal Audit
Location: Pune
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
We are looking for a Junior Associate to support our team in Construction Accounting and Internal Audit, with exposure to project-level financial processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Work Orders, Contractor/RA Bills, BOQs & Measurement Sheets
- Verify quantities, rates, recoveries, advances and supporting documents
- Review construction-related accounting and project expenses
- Perform vouching and transaction-level checks
- Identify process gaps, discrepancies and control weaknesses
- Assist in audit documentation and coordinate with Accounts, Commercial, Procurement & Project teams
Preferred Profile
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Construction / Real Estate / Internal Audit / Accounting
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & MS Excel
- Candidates with exposure to contractor billing, RA Bills, BOQ or Work Orders will be preferred
- Robust analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
