Junior Architect / Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer — Project Basis (Nagpur / Mumbai)

We're expanding our project-based collaborator pool to support a growing pipeline of live projects.

Role SummaryWe're looking for junior architects, interior designers, and 3D visualization artists to join us on a project-by-project collaboration basis. This is ideal for someone who wants real, ongoing project exposure, direct client-facing experience, and the flexibility of freelance/contract-style engagement rather than a fixed 9-to-5 structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept designs, layouts, and working drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD
- Create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs using 3ds Max, D5 Render, Lumion, or V-Ray
- Assist with space planning, material selection, and mood boards for interior projects
- Coordinate with the design and site execution team to ensure design intent is carried through to construction
- Incorporate client feedback and revise drawings/renders within project timelines




- Support documentation for client presentations and quotations
- Occasional site visits (Nagpur-based candidates) to understand on-ground execution and material application

Requirements
- Degree/diploma (pursuing or completed) in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, D5 Render, SketchUp, Lumion, or V-Ray (at least one required)
- Basic understanding of construction materials, finishes, and detailing is a plus
- Strong sense of design aesthetics and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple design revisions
- Freshers and students are welcome — we prioritize skill and initiative over years of experience
- Based in Nagpur preferred; remote collaboration considered for the right candidate
