Role Description The Journalist at PInterview will research, develop, and produce high-quality written and multimedia content that informs users about interview trends, best practices, and success stories. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews with industry experts and platform users, writing news articles and feature stories, drafting press releases, and creating content for web and social media channels. The role also involves monitoring developments in hiring practices and education, verifying facts,



and maintaining editorial standards that align with PInterview’s mission and brand voice.

Collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams is expected to ensure content supports platform updates, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives. This is a full time remote role.

Qualifications

- Strong writing abilities, including Writing and News Writing, with a clear, engaging, and accurate style.
- Experience producing Press Releases and other media-facing content to communicate key company updates and stories.
- Proficient in Research for sourcing information, verifying facts, and developing well-informed, credible journalism.
- Knowledge of Broadcasting or multimedia storytelling (audio/video) for interviews, reports, and feature segments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent command of English, strong editorial judgment, and attention to detail in grammar, structure, and tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools, social media platforms, and basic SEO principles is an advantage.
- Interest in career development, education, recruitment, or HR technology is beneficial.
