Role Description: Salary-15K to 20K per month plus free accommodation.

This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in Manjhanpur, focused on JEE Mathematics and NEET Biology. The educator will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with competitive exam requirements, including conceptual teaching, problem-solving sessions, and regular doubt-clearing. Daily responsibilities include creating and updating lesson plans, preparing assignments and tests, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback.

The role also involves coordinating with academic staff for curriculum alignment, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting learners through exam strategies, time management guidance, and regular progress tracking.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess robust subject expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education for JEE-level instruction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning for NEET Biology and higher secondary classes.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for explaining complex concepts and interacting with learners and guardians.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Biology, or a related field; specialized coaching experience in JEE or NEET is highly beneficial.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience at senior secondary or competitive exam level, with a track record of student success, is preferred.
- Ability to use digital tools and online platforms to supplement classroom teaching where required.
