About The Role The position of Javascript Developer is a critical role within the company's IT and development team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex financial applications and automation processes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in JavaScript and Java, with a deep understanding of business process management (BPM) components and automation workflows. The role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across departments to optimize user access management, streamline processes, and enhance the company's technological capabilities.

This position is based in Navi Mumbai with a hybrid work model, offering flexibility and a vibrant work environment. The candidate should be prepared to handle immediate or near-immediate start dates, with notice periods of 15 days to one month.

Qualifications





- Minimum of 8 years of skilled experience in JavaScript and Java development, specifically within LISP, investment, or financial services environments.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing user access controls for automated business processes.
- Hands-on experience working with BPM components such as process models, data models, and form configurations.
- Good knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, CML, and HTML.
- Prior experience working with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Content Management (DCM) solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable JavaScript and Java-based applications tailored for financial services and investment management.
- Implement and manage user access controls and security protocols for automated workflows to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and optimize BPM components including process models, data models,



and forms to improve automation efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Assist in the integration of ECM/DCM solutions with existing systems and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications and automation processes.
