Job Overview

We are seeking experienced JD Edwards Technical Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) development and Orchestration.

The role involves hands-on technical development, customizations, integrations, report development, and orchestration-based automation. The successful candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

JD Edwards Development &

- Customization

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.
- Develop applications using:
- Business Functions (BSFN)
- Named Event Rules (NER)
- Event Rules (ER)
- C Business Functions

- Customize Interactive Applications, Batch Applications, Business Views, Data Dictionary items, and Tables.

JD Edwards Orchestration &
- Automation

- Design and develop JD Edwards Orchestrations using Orchestrator Studio.
- Build and maintain custom Business Services, Orchestrations, Notifications, and integrations.
- Support orchestration-based automation initiatives across enterprise processes.

Reporting &
- Business Intelligence

- Develop and support UBE Reports.
- Create and customize BI Publisher Reports and other custom reports.
- Ensure reporting solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Integration Development
- Develop and maintain integrations using:
- Business Services (BSSV)
- AIS Server
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- Third-party applications

- Design integration solutions that enable effective communication between JD Edwards and external enterprise systems.

Data Conversion &
- Interfaces

- Design and implement data conversions and interfaces using:
- Z Files
- RDA
- ETL tools





- Support data migration and interface requirements across implementation and upgrade projects.

Deployment &
- Object Management

- Perform package builds, deployments, promotions, and object management using Object Management Workbench (OMW).
- Participate in deployment activities and ensure adherence to established development standards.

Requirements, Testing &
- Support

- Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed technical design documents.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in:
- Code reviews
- Unit testing
- System testing
- Deployment activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout implementation, upgrade, and support projects.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) technical development.
- Strong experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator Studio and orchestration-based automation.
- Proficiency in:
- BSFN
- NER
- ER
- C Business Functions

- Experience customizing Interactive Applications, Batch Applications, Business Views, Data Dictionary items, and Tables.
- Strong experience developing UBE Reports, BI Publisher Reports, and custom reports.

Integration &
- Data Skills

- Experience with BSSV, AIS Server, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with data conversions and interfaces using Z Files, RDA, and ETL tools.
- Hands-on experience with Object Management Workbench (OMW) for package builds, deployments, and promotions.

Additional Capabilities
