About The Role The JavaScript Developer position at Bqarlson Software Technologies is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, with a competitive annual budget of 9 LPA. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Working closely with designers, product managers, and other development team members, the developer will craft responsive, scalable, and efficient front-end solutions.

The role requires a thorough understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including Redux.js, to create dynamic and interactive interfaces. The developer will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and coding to testing and deployment. Collaboration is key, as the role involves participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance across various browsers and devices,



and ensuring adherence to best practices.

The developer will also contribute to documentation, participate in sprint planning, and help refine application architecture to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with contemporary JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as Redux.js.
- Proven front-end development skills, including creating responsive user interfaces, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing performance.
- Experience in back-end web development, working with APIs, data integration, and understanding application architecture.
- Solid knowledge of web standards, HTML5, CSS3, and basic familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements, write clean, maintainable code, and participate in debugging and testing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a structured, on-site team environment.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, familiarity with build tools and package managers, and awareness of security best practices are preferred.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using JavaScript, ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance across devices and browsers. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces aligned with project requirements.

Integrate front-end components with back-end services through APIs and data services,



ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Participate actively in code reviews, contribute to maintaining coding standards, and implement best practices for software development.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.

Conduct troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.

Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks during sprint planning sessions in an Agile environment.

Continuously explore new technologies and industry trends to improve application architecture and development practices.

Assist in testing, deployment, and documentation activities to ensure robust and reliable software releases.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring seamless project execution.
