? Experience: 1–3 years
What you’ll do
? Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services using Java + Spring Boot
? Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries
? Develop business modules end to end — Finance, HR, CRM, and operations workflows
? Write clean, testable code with proper validation and audit trails
? Collaborate with frontend (React/TypeScript) and mobile teams on API contracts
What we’re looking for
✅ 2–3 years hands-on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot
✅ Robust grasp of Spring Data JPA / Hibernate, REST API design, and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
✅ Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and basic CI/CD
✅ Understanding of authentication, role-based access, and exception handling
✅ Bonus: exposure to ERP/HRMS/CRM domains, microservices, or Docker
