About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic development team at Atyeti Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality enterprise applications and microservices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployment, along with a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in Java development, with hands-on experience in building scalable applications. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.



Relevant certifications in Java or cloud technologies will be an added advantage.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. Prior experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases is essential.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE.
- Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Design and optimize database queries using SQL.
- Integrate applications with internal and external services.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Write clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD, automation, and cloud-based application deployment.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Core Java, Java 8/11/17+.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.




- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle/PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and CI/CD tools.
- Good understanding of multithreading, collections, exception handling, and JVM concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
