? Key Responsibilities:
✔ Domestic IT Staffing & Contract Staffing
✔ End-to-End Recruitment – Sourcing to Closure
✔ Handling multiple IT requirements across clients
✔ Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
✔ Stakeholder & Candidate Management
✔ Driving closures within defined timelines
? We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals
- Good understanding of IT technologies and skill sets
- Robust candidate screening and engagement skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and achieve closures
? Immediate joiners are highly preferred!
