Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning and initiation to delivery and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to management and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budget, quality, and scope.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve project issues, blockers, and conflicts proactively.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, RAID logs, and project governance standards.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning,



daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Work closely with technical leads and architects to understand technical dependencies and delivery risks.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and security requirements.
- Mentor and guide project teams to improve delivery efficiency and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT/software project management.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end software development projects.
- Proven experience handling multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, budgeting, resource management, and delivery governance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
- Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams is preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex technology projects will be an added advantage.
