Role Description The IT Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee and manage the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, and security to support immigration consulting operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Canada includes responsibility for maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, managing networks, ensuring data security and backups, and monitoring system performance. The IT Manager will coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements, implement suitable IT solutions,



and provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff.

The role also involves vendor management, documentation of IT processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection and privacy guidelines. The IT Manager will contribute to technology planning and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and hardware support.
- Experience with system administration, software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
