About the RoleHapzSoft is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst (Business Development) to support pre-sales, lead generation, requirement gathering, client communication, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with clients, preparing business documentation, writing proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities-Pre-Sales & Business Development

- Write customized and compelling Upwork proposals.
- Identify prospects and generate leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Analyze client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Assist with proposals, project scopes, presentations, and estimates.
- Coordinate with technical teams for feasibility, effort, and timelines.

-Business Analysis & Documentation
- Gather and analyze requirements through calls, meetings, emails, and chats.
- Prepare BRD, PRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements.

-Client & Team Coordination
- Act as a bridge between clients, sales, and technical teams.




- Handle qualified client communication and follow-ups.
- Participate in client calls and requirement discussions.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, development, QA, and project management teams.
- Support project execution by tracking requirements, clarifications, and deliverables.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience in IT Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork proposal writing and bidding.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of BRD, PRD, and requirement gathering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.

Good to Have
- Experience working with international clients.
- IT/software services or SaaS industry experience.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Confluence.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile application development.
