Role Description The ISO 9001 System Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). This role includes developing, updating, and controlling QMS documentation such as procedures, work instructions, forms, and records in alignment with ISO 9001 standards and company policies. The individual will coordinate internal audits, support external certification and surveillance audits, and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.

Daily activities involve monitoring process compliance, analyzing quality-related data,



and preparing reports and metrics for management review meetings. The role also includes training and guiding teams on QMS requirements, supporting continual improvement initiatives, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and commercial departments to ensure quality objectives are met.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001 implementation, documentation control, and audit processes, with the ability to administer and improve a Quality Management System.
- Strong skills in process mapping, procedure drafting, and record management, including the use of document management tools and version control practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including tracking nonconformities, corrective actions, and key quality performance indicators for management review.
- Effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical and non-technical teams.
- Relevant educational background in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in engineering, marine, offshore, or oil and gas environments, with familiarity with project-based workflows and technical documentation.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Comfort with IT tools, including MS Office,
