Role Description The Java Fullstack Developer – Tech Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of fullstack Java applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across front-end and back-end components.

The Tech

Lead will guide a development team, review code, define best practices, and collaborate with architects, QA, and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Daily activities include hands-on coding, troubleshooting complex issues,



optimizing application performance, conducting technical reviews, and mentoring team members. The role also involves contributing to technical roadmaps, supporting deployment activities, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

Must-Have Technical Skills

- 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, preferably Java 17 or above.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Good knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.
- Good experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git.
- Good experience with JUnit and Mockito.
- Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Valuable understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of application security, performance, scalability, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
