Role Description The Investor role at BERRIES AI is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The individual in this role will evaluate BERRIES AI’s business model, product roadmap, and market opportunity, and collaborate with the leadership team on funding strategies and capital allocation. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial projections, performance metrics, and growth plans, participating in strategic discussions, and advising on risk management and return optimization.

The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, supporting governance and compliance,



and contributing insights on scaling the platform across markets. The Investor will engage with internal stakeholders and, where relevant, external partners to support long-term value creation.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial analysis, valuation, and investment modeling, with the ability to assess risk and return.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, or related investment domains, ideally within technology or SaaS.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, AI-driven platforms, and data-driven business models, with interest in emerging marketing technologies.
- Ability to interpret financial statements, KPIs, and dashboards, and to use analytics for informed decision-making.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a structured approach to evaluating business opportunities.
- Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Cooperative mindset, ability to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience investing in or advising early-stage or growth-stage companies is highly beneficial.
