Fundalogical Ventures is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join our investment team.

The role will involve taking ownership across the investment lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to deal execution and portfolio management.

What you’ll work on:

- Sourcing and evaluating recent investment opportunities
- Conducting detailed company and industry analysis
- Analysing financial statements, building financial models and conducting valuations
- Developing investment theses and identifying key risks and opportunities
- Leading/supporting due diligence and transaction execution
- Preparing detailed investment memos for investment committee discussions
- Working closely with portfolio companies and tracking business & financial performance
- Supporting portfolio companies on strategic,



financial and operational initiatives

What we’re looking for:

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in PE / VC / Investment Banking / Consulting
- Experience working on at least one completed transaction/investment
- Prior portfolio management / portfolio company experience is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation and financial modelling
- Ability to independently evaluate businesses and develop a clear investment thesis
- Strong commercial and analytical judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership and attention to detail
