We are hiring an Investment Banking Associate for a front-office seat, working directly on live M&A;, capital markets, and strategic advisory mandates. This is a high-ownership role for someone who already operates at bulge bracket standard and can lead execution from day one.

Immediate joiners and those on short notice are strongly preferred.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

You are an associate with real deal execution experience who can own transactions end to end, manage analysts, and act as a key point of contact for clients and deal teams. You are fluent in financial modeling, comfortable running multiple live mandates under pressure, and ready to step in without a long ramp.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead and review financial models, including LBO, DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis
- Own the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, and client presentations
- Manage live M&A;, ECM, and DCM transactions from origination through execution
- Supervise, mentor, and quality-check analyst workstreams and deliverables
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, advisors, and internal deal teams




- Drive valuation, deal structuring, and financial analysis to support client recommendations
- Coordinate due diligence, data rooms, and cross-functional execution
- Work closely with VPs and MDs on origination and client coverage

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3 to 6 years of investment banking or front-office deal experience (bulge bracket, elite boutique, or strong middle-market background)
- Proven ability to lead deal execution and manage analyst teams
- Solid financial modeling and valuation skills (LBO, DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Track record on live M&A;, ECM, or DCM transactions from execution through close
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis
- Ability to manage multiple live mandates and workstreams under tight deadlines
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
