Role Description The International Design Admissions Administrator (Internship) is a full-time remote internship focused on supporting prospective design students through the international admissions process. Day-to-day responsibilities include that the intern will review and organize application documents, assist with initial eligibility checks, and maintain accurate records in admissions systems or databases. The role also involves liaising with partner institutions, preparing basic reports on application status, and contributing to outreach activities that promote international design programs.
The intern is expected to collaborate with team members across time zones,
follow established procedures, and uphold a high standard of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review application data, assess basic eligibility, and support decision-making processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, institutions, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance awareness to understand tuition, fees, and scholarship information and explain them accurately to applicants.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to prospective students.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support outreach, promote partner design programs, and encourage successful enrollment while maintaining ethical standards.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong organizational and time management abilities are beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms is beneficial for remote work.
- Interest in international education, design disciplines, or student advising, and current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree program are advantageous.
