Role Description The Intern – Visual Communication Designer will support the design team in creating visually compelling materials for brand identity, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital assets. This full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka involves assisting with concept development, layout design, and production of graphics for both print and digital channels. The intern will collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers, contribute to brainstorming sessions,



and help adapt designs to different formats and platforms.

Typical responsibilities include preparing design drafts, refining visual elements based on feedback, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables. The role offers hands-on exposure to real client projects and the opportunity to learn industry best practices in a fast-paced creative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Communication Design and Visual Communication skills.
- Understanding of Branding and Corporate Design principles.
- Ability to create transparent, engaging Graphics for digital and print media.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD or similar).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a collaborative team setting.
- Basic knowledge of presentation design, web and social media assets, and motion/animation exposure is a plus.
- Solid visual storytelling skills and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work are highly desirable.
