We are looking for detail-oriented fresher interns to test and analyse our digital product and support the creation, review, and validation of vernacular content.
Key Responsibilities
- Test the product and its different user journeys.
- Identify and clearly report bugs, usability issues, and content errors.
- Create, adapt, proofread, and validate content in the respective language.
- Check spelling, grammar, meaning, tone, pronunciation, and cultural appropriateness.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency between the original and vernacular content.
- Coordinate with the product and content teams to verify corrections.
Candidate Requirements
- Fresh graduates or final-year students may apply.
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in any one of the listed languages.
- Working knowledge of English and/or Hindi.
- Good attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- Basic comfort with smartphones,
laptops, and commonly used digital tools.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT—or an interest in learning how to use them responsibly for content and QA tasks.
- Willingness to learn any additional tools required for the role. Training and guidance will be provided where needed.
- Prior QA or content-related experience is not required.
