Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Salary: As per experience Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee execution of interior fit-out projects — ensuring work is completed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities (carpentry, civil, electrical, painting, false ceiling, etc.) Ensure execution matches approved drawings and design specifications Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, and vendors on site Take site measurements and verify against drawings Monitor material usage, wastage, and stock at site Ensure quality control and timely completion of work Report daily progress to management (photos/updates)
Resolve in office issues and coordinate with design/office team Ensure safety and cleanliness at the work site Manage manpower allocation and daily labour coordination Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Civil, Interior Design, or related field (or relevant experience) 2+ years of experience in interior site supervision Knowledge of carpentry, modular work, false ceiling, painting processes Ability to read 2D/3D drawings Good communication and team coordination skills Own bike preferred (for multiple site visits) Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for reporting
