Role Description:

The Interior Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing interior construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring that design intent, technical standards, and quality guidelines are met.

The Interior Project

Engineer will review drawings, conduct site inspections, oversee installation of interior elements, and coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to maintain schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities include managing project documentation, monitoring progress, resolving site issues,



and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to deliver projects that align with design specifications and client expectations.

Qualification:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in interior site execution.
- Salary: Maximum Rs.35K.
- Immediate Joiners Required.
- Job Location: Chennai and Virudhunagar.

Required Skills:

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Project Management skills for overseeing interior projects end to end.
- Candidates should possess Project Planning and coordination skills to manage timelines, resources, and site activities effectively.
- Proven experience in executing interior projects.
- Knowledge and hands-on skills in modular kitchen product installation.
- Ability to understand and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
- Up-to-date knowledge of interior materials and finishes.
- Positive understanding of furniture finishes and hardware requirements.
- Experience in installing interior furniture, kitchen appliances, kitchen - cabinets, wall coverings, partition walls (gypsum, wood, and glass), flooring, and painting works.
- Fluency in Tamil Language.
