Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North with a compensation of up to 6 LPA.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior design solutions for residential projects, including space planning, material selection, and design presentations. The role involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.

Designer will also work on FF&E; (furniture,



fixtures, and equipment) specifications, support client meetings, and ensure timely project delivery aligned with budgets and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience collaborating with architectural and construction teams.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools) and MS Office.
- Solid communication, client-handling, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally on-site.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
