Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Raipur.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with architects and project stakeholders to develop design concepts, space plans, and material palettes for residential and mixed-use projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing interior layouts, mood boards, and construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is executed on site. The role also involves site visits, reviewing samples and shop drawings, and adjusting designs based on client feedback, project constraints, and budget considerations.

The Interior

Designer is expected to contribute creative ideas,



maintain project documentation, and support timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically coherent layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience collaborating with architectural teams on integrated design solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for interior projects.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes aligned with project concepts and budgets.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or mixed-use projects is an advantage.
