Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at the Thane office, collaborating with architects, design teams, and clients to develop interior concepts from initial brief to final execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing interior layouts, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) based on project requirements. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, assisting in site measurements, and supporting project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.

The Interior

Designer will attend client meetings, contribute to presentations,



and coordinate with vendors and contractors to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic solutions.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including preparing and interpreting detailed plans and documentation.
- Experience with FF&E; selection and specification, including furniture layouts, material palettes, and finish schedules.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong visual communication skills, including mood boards, presentations, and clear design documentation.
- Ability to work on-site, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and contractors, and manage multiple projects or deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to project-specific requirements.
