Responsibilities
- Supporting the retail design development and execution of our concept stores
- Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, and construction time
- Direct activities of workers engaged in execution at the site
- Integrate engineering element into unified design
- Conduct periodic in office observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans
- Work on plans, designs, and furnishes interior environments of retail outlets
- Integrates knowledge of interior design and formulates plan to be practical
- Ensure that the interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes, color coordination are done properly
- On site execution of Civil and interior work as per drawings shared
- Quality check for obtaining standard finishes
- Collaborate on high-end hospitality projects alongside globally renowned partners such as The Oberoi Group and designer Bill Bensley.
