Role Description The Interior Designer - Intern will support the design team in developing concepts, preparing layouts, and assisting with space planning for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include helping create mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, assisting in preparation of construction drawings, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) details. The intern will participate in site visits, documentation, and basic client presentation support under the guidance of senior designers.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, requiring consistent collaboration with the team and vendors at the studio and project locations.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with an ability to translate concepts into practical layouts.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and building design to support integrated interior solutions.
- Ability to assist in preparing accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for execution teams.
- Basic knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a qualified approach to client and vendor interactions.
