About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Design Project Manager to manage residential and luxury interior projects from site handover to final project completion. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site execution, coordinating with vendors and contractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of interior fit-out execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &

- Coordination

- Review design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project timelines before execution.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before production and installation.
- Prepare execution schedules and monitor project progress against planned milestones.
- Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, factory teams, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all execution activities are aligned with approved drawings and design intent.

Site Execution
- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise all ongoing activities.
- Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, glass, metal, and finishing works.
- Ensure site readiness before installation activities commence.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Resolve site-related challenges and execution bottlenecks promptly.

Vendor & • Contractor Management
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Track procurement requirements and material availability.




- Verify delivered materials against approved specifications.
- Ensure contractors adhere to project timelines and quality expectations.
- Maintain professional relationships with all project stakeholders.

Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality inspections during each stage of execution.
- Identify defects, deviations, and workmanship issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure installations match approved drawings and client expectations.
- Maintain quality checklists and project documentation.
- Conduct pre-handover inspections and snag rectification.

Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for execution-related updates.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project progress reports.
- Address client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project.

Project Tracking & • Reporting
- Submit daily site updates with photographs and progress reports.
- Prepare weekly project status reports.
- Track project timelines and highlight risks or delays proactively.
- Maintain records of site activities, material deliveries, and approvals.
- Escalate critical issues to management when required.

Site Safety & • Compliance
- Ensure safe working practices are followed at all project sites.
- Maintain site cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure labour teams comply with site regulations and safety standards.




- Coordinate with building management and statutory authorities when required.

Project Handover
- Complete final quality inspections before handover.
- Ensure all snag points are resolved.
- Coordinate final client walkthroughs.
- Obtain project completion sign-offs.
- Support post-handover service requirements when necessary.

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of residential interior execution.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and working drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and site processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.

Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior project execution.
