Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Mumbai.

The Interior

Designer will participate in concept development, space planning, and detailed interior layouts for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained through project execution. The role involves collaborating with architects, consultants, and clients, attending site visits,



and contributing to design presentations and documentation.

The Interior

Designer is expected to support project timelines, maintain high standards of quality, and align all work with AND Design Co’s design philosophy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetic layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture-related competencies, including understanding of building systems and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination aligned with project concepts.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and prior experience in high-end or luxury projects is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Mumbai.
- Attention to detail, time management, and openness to learning and engaging with global design influences are expected.
