- Lead the Insurance Risk Portfolio for CRO Strategic Initiative
- As a Lead, the following are responsibilities/expectation for the role:
o Carry targets in terms of revenue influenced through opportunity creation and convertion o Create/Build offerings and solutions for Insurance Risk domain o Conduct Thought Leadership sessions for existing and prospective Clients to showcase Industry trends o Create point of views that can be shared with internally and externally o Contribute towards RFI/RFP responses related to the portfolio
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in risk management and Solvency guidelines , ORSA reporting, Assessments of counterparties credit worthiness
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the insurance sector, including a robust understanding of a relevant area of compliance, structuring or regulation;
- Knowledge and understanding of risks and controls along the P&C; reinsurance value chain
- Worked with insurers in Global markets
- Understanding of Cat Modelling and Stress Testing
