Role Description The Insurance Agent will work full time on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, supporting clients with their insurance needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with prospective and existing customers, assessing their coverage requirements, and recommending suitable insurance products such as auto, trucking, homeowners, and other policies. The role involves preparing quotes, explaining policy terms and conditions, processing applications, and assisting clients with renewals, endorsements, and basic claims-related guidance.

The Insurance

Agent will maintain accurate records, follow up on leads, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration.



This position requires a strong customer focus, consistent follow-through, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in insurance domain knowledge, including Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with a clear understanding of multiple lines of coverage.
- Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing policies in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Background or familiarity with Finance concepts to explain premiums, deductibles, limits, and policy costs in an accessible way.
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, and clear communication in person and over the phone.
- Prior experience in property, casualty, or trucking insurance is highly beneficial.
- Relevant insurance licensing as required by local regulations or a clear path to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
- Ability to work in office full time, manage multiple client accounts, and use insurance management or CRM software effectively.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
