Role Description The Inside Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and messages, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding learner needs, presenting suitable programs and services, and following up with potential customers to move them through the sales pipeline.
The intern will also assist in gathering customer feedback, contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives,
and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and learner experiences.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify prospects and nurture them through the sales cycle.
- Solid focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a learner-centric mindset and responsiveness to inquiries and feedback.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interaction with diverse customers.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or sales tracking systems and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in educational technology and a willingness to learn sales best practices and industry trends.
