The Inside Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales activities. This role involves managing the inside sales team, setting daily and weekly targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.

The Inside Sales Manager will handle lead qualification, build and maintain relationships with B2C and B2B customers, and coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with marketing to support campaigns and promotions. The role also involves analyzing sales data, generating reports for leadership, and recommending strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention.

Qualifications

- Solid inside sales and business development skills, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.




- Experience in team leadership and performance management, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales representatives.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales analytics for reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach to building long-term relationships.
- Background in services, logistics, or hospitality sectors is an advantage; experience in garment care or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ballabgarh, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong presentation and documentation
