? Key Responsibilities

- Support the team in qualifying leads and updating lead status and information.
- Assist with follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and prospective clients as required.
- Outbound prospecting under the guidance of the sales team.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales initiatives.
- Support the team in planning and coordinating sales activities, events, campaigns.
