Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1 year (Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred)

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 fixed + lucrative performance-based incentives

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for potential buyers and investors, qualifying interest and scheduling site visits for our property consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients via outbound calls using provided real estate lead pipelines.
- Assess client preferences, including budget, preferred locations, and property configurations (residential/commercial).
- Present suitable property listings and explain project highlights, amenities, and investment potential.
- Drive site visits and schedule face-to-face walkthroughs for field advisors.
- Maintain persistent follow-up schedules with high-intent leads to move them through the buying pipeline.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead status,



and pipeline updates in our lead tracking tool.
- Achieve weekly site-visit targets and monthly closing goals.

Requirements

- Solid verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a distinct advantage.
- High confidence level when speaking with property buyers, business owners, and real estate investors.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with high energy and persistence.
- Prior experience in real estate, telesales, or customer handling is a plus.
