Role Description The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective and existing customers, and presenting service offerings in a clear and professional manner.

The Inside Sales

Associate will qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM or tracking systems. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the sales and customer service teams, supporting account management activities, and working toward individual and team sales targets.



The role also requires maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction through timely responses, issue resolution, and consistent communication.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, focusing on building trust, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experiences.
- Foundational Account Management skills, including follow-up, relationship maintenance, and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment with clear sales targets and performance metrics.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Prior experience in telesales, call center operations, or consumer services is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added benefit.
