Role Description This is a full time, on-site Injection Moulding Process Engineer role located in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves designing, monitoring, and optimizing injection moulding processes to achieve stable production, high quality, and minimal scrap.

Responsibilities include setting and adjusting machine parameters, validating moulds and tooling, and troubleshooting process deviations and defects. The engineer will analyze production data, implement process control methods, and collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve cycle times and part consistency. The role also includes documenting process standards, supporting root-cause investigations,



and contributing to safety and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Design and Process Engineering, with specific experience in injection moulding or plastics manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Process Control and Analytical Skills to monitor, interpret, and optimize production parameters and quality results.
- Candidates should possess a background in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with understanding of polymer materials and processing behavior.
- Relevant experience in injection moulding operations, mould validation, and troubleshooting of defects such as warpage, sink marks, and short shots.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, use basic measurement tools, and work closely with cross-functional teams on the shop floor.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with local languages is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Plastics, or related field) preferred.
