Who are we looking for?

Our clients across Pharma and BFSI operate in highly regulated, risk-sensitive environments where IT infrastructure resilience, security, and compliance are critical to business continuity. As part of a broader initiative to modernize and strengthen infrastructure foundations, they are seeking experienced IT Infrastructure Architects to design and govern robust, scalable, and compliant infrastructure landscapes.

The consultant will work closely with technology and business leadership to assess current infrastructure maturity, design target-state architectures, and embed security, compliance, and resilience considerations into infrastructure planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess current IT infrastructure landscape and identify gaps in scalability, resilience, security, and compliance.
- Design target-state infrastructure architecture spanning cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
- Embed security and compliance controls into infrastructure design, ensuring alignment with sector-specific regulatory standards.




- Develop capacity planning strategies to support current and future business/technology growth.
- Design disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) frameworks to ensure infrastructure resilience.
- Evaluate technology vendors and standardize infrastructure tools, platforms, and practices across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 10–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, engineering, or related roles, ideally with exposure to Pharma, BFSI, or both.
- Strong grounding in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent) and relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL).
- Sector-relevant domain exposure: validated/GxP-compliant systems and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements (Pharma); core banking infrastructure and RBI/regulatory guidelines (BFSI).
- Proven experience designing high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity infrastructure solutions.
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence infrastructure decisions at senior technology and business leadership levels.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
