Role

Manage the company's IT infrastructure covering network, security, servers, cloud services, employee devices and connected systems, along with related vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

- Administer the FortiGate firewall, including policies, VPN, security features and logging.
- Manage the network, including routers, switches, IP addressing, Wi-Fi and internet connections.
- Administer the Synology NAS, including user permissions, storage and backups.
- Verify backups regularly through test restores.
- Administer Google Workspace, including users, groups, shared drives and security settings.
- Support employee laptops, desktops and mobile devices, and maintain the device register.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, printers and other connected equipment.
- Maintain the server room,



including cabling, labelling and UPS.
- Coordinate with vendors and track licences, renewals and warranties.
- Maintain IT documentation, including network diagram, asset register and access records.
- Ensure all IT accounts and administrator access remain under company control.

Requirements

- Prior experience managing IT infrastructure independently.
- Hands on experience with firewalls, NAS storage and Google Workspace administration.
- Strong networking fundamentals.
- Windows desktop and laptop support.
- Ability to maintain explicit written documentation.
