ROLE SUMMARY

Assistant Manager – S&OP; is responsible for supporting and executing the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning cycle, ensuring effective alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans. The role acts as a central coordinator across cross-functional teams to deliver an optimized,



feasible, and data-driven business plan that supports operational efficiency and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Responsibilities
Execute and manage the end-to-end S&OP; cycle adhering to the defined timelines
Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance teams for plan alignment
Consolidate and validate demand forecasts (unconstrained demand) from multiple sources
Drive demand vs supply balancing (handshake process) and highlight gaps
Identify and manage capacity constraints, supply risks, and mitigation actions
Ensure adherence to flex norms, service levels, and inventory targets
Support MRP execution and production planning readiness
Track and improve key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Inventory & DOH, Capacity Utilization
Conduct scenario planning and what-if analysis for demand fluctuations and supply constraints
Prepare and present S&OP;
