We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst (L1/L2) to join our Production Services Engineering team in Pune.

Role Overview

Production Support & Incident Management
Provide L1/L2 support for production systems, ensuring timely triage and resolution of incidents




Lead incident response, including impact assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution coordination
Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and incident management processes

Monitoring & Operational Excellence
Handle alert management and escalation as required
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Support 24x7 operations with on-call rotation

Automation & Continuous Improvement
Identify repetitive manual activities and convert them into automation solutions.
Develop scripts using:
Shell / Python / SQL automation
Automate routine activities such as:
MQ queue monitoring and alerts
Oracle health checks
Batch job validation and restart
Log parsing and alert generation
Contribute to building self-healing and auto-remediation solutions.

Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management
Conduct RCA for major incidents and recurring issues
Partner with development and infrastructure teams
