Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support day-to-day operations of influencer campaigns, including identifying and researching potential creators, managing outreach, and assisting with onboarding and communication.

Responsibilities include coordinating content briefs, tracking deliverables, monitoring campaign performance, and compiling reports and insights for the team. The intern will help maintain creator databases, support relationship management,



and contribute ideas for innovative collaborations and social media initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and product teams.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital content ecosystems.
- Ability to conduct structured research on creators, trends, and audience demographics.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, campaign coordination, and brand–creator collaborations.
- Comfort with data tracking and analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) to monitor campaign performance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and emerging creator tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
