DigiYouth Media is looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Intern who wants to build hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand pitching, and campaign execution.

If you’re someone who spends time on Instagram, understands creators & content, and wants to learn how influencer campaigns actually work — this role is for you.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO? Creator Hunting & Research

• Discover and shortlist creators across different niches

• Research creators based on niche, audience, engagement & content quality

• Build and maintain creator databases

• Reach out to creators and negotiate commercials

? Brand Pitching

• Identify brands that can benefit from influencer marketing

• Research potential brand leads

• Pitch influencer marketing solutions to brands

• Follow up with brands and maintain communication

? Campaign Execution

• Coordinate with creators and brands

• Share campaign briefs and manage deliverables

• Track content submissions, approvals & timelines

• Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly from start to finish





• Maintain campaign reports and creator records

? WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR• Solid communication skills

- Good understanding of Instagram & influencer marketing
- Proactive and comfortable with outreach
- Good research & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple creators/campaigns
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Freshers are welcome to apply

? COMPENSATION₹5,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
