nWe're looking for someone who has:

Experience working on residential and hospitality projectsn
Strong design sensibility and space-planning skillsn
Ability to develop and lead interior design conceptsn
Ability to prepare detailed furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawingsn
Expertise in construction drawings, technical detailing, and project documentationn
Experience preparing BOQs and material specificationsn
Valuable knowledge of materials, finishesn
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teamsn
Ability to monitor site execution and ensure design intent is maintainedn
Ability to manage project timelines and budgetsn
Strong communication, leadership, and project-management skillsn
