Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the Managing Director and to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate should posses a robust understanding and experience as a Chief Financial Officer in the industry

Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to Managing Directorn
Support the financial planning and analysis effortsn
Currency hedging and exposure monitoringn
Handling of income tax, GST, and all other tax related mattersn
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company auditsn
Prepare financial statements and reportsn




Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions and disputesn
Manage relationships with banksn
Audits of listed as per specified AS (Accounting standards),n
Overall supervision on day to day accounts,n
Banking relations and renewals of bank limits and concerning correspondences with banks,n
Monitoring of investment activites of the company.n

Robust finance-based analytical skillsn
Minimum 7 years of experience as a CFOn
CA preferred but not requiredn
Knowledge of export incentives, duty drawbacks and other incentives and advantages monitoringn

nSalary Range: 17,00,000 to 21,00,000 per annum
