Role Description The Import Export Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in South East Delhi. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing all import and export activities, including documentation, shipment planning, and communication with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing trade documents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, tracking shipments, and resolving logistics or customs-related issues.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records, optimizing shipping costs and timelines,



and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support smooth cross-border operations.

The Import Export

Specialist will contribute to process improvements and risk mitigation in global trade activities.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of import, export, and import export processes, with experience managing cross-border shipments.
- Understanding of international trade practices and regulations affecting global logistics and supply chains.
- Experience with customs brokerage, including documentation, classification, and clearance procedures.
- Ability to work with trade-related software and tools, and maintain accurate shipment and compliance records.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an import/export or logistics role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-vertical organization.
